Observation

During discussions, it was said that two children had sensitivities to foods, but didnt have medication for an allergy. It was later discovered that one child in fact had an epi pen on file. A doctor had completed some paperwork for the medication, but all WAC required information was not documented and an individual care plan was not on file. Also, the licensee (Mariya) was not aware the medicaiton was available for this child, leading licensor to beleive they had not been trained by the parents on the plan for managing the food allergy.
